Welcome to TaskHub ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
You must be at least 15 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use TaskHub. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
2.1 Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
TaskHub provides a marketplace for Users to complete digital micro-tasks ("Missions") in exchange for rewards. We act as an intermediary between Users and Advertisers.
We do not guarantee the availability of tasks at any given time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
4.1 Earning: Rewards are credited to your virtual balance upon successful completion and verification of tasks.
4.2 Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal once you reach the minimum threshold specified on the Platform ($5.00 USDT). Withdrawals are processed via blockchain transfers (USDT BEP-20). You are responsible for providing the correct wallet address.
4.3 Processing Time: While many withdrawals are instant, security reviews may delay processing by up to 1-24 hours.
4.4 Taxes: You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings in your jurisdiction.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
If your account is terminated for fraud or violation of these Terms, your account balance will be forfeited.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TaskHub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall TaskHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
